LINKS OF INTEREST

Please visit my newly created WordPress weblog, where I'm going to try to keep up with the 21st century by posting current expedition and discovery news and information. I haven't been doing a very good job thus far, but I am going to try to post new exploits over the fall.

-------

I highly recommend the US Forest Service for gathering additional research and historical information pertaining to America's wilderness.

-------

Just for fun, I'd like to link to a man who runs a rather odd website called NorthwestNightmares.com, and who was also interviewed by Dewey Lansing for this "Forests of Mystery" video series.

-------

I would like to thank the Cascade Forest Research Center, who allowed me thru access to the Aquadea area for my photos.

-------

Friends of Vanished Oregon would like to recognize the Oregon Historical Society and all their hard work to preserve Oregon's rich history.

-------

I should also like to recognize Stephen's Logging, a Vernonia based company that was kind enough to fish my truck out of a ditch while I was retracing my steps back to Highway 6 from an unmarked muddy side road.

VanishedOregon.com was created in conjunction with the adventure/mystery new media entertainment series "Forests of Mystery", produced by Road's End Films
of Newberg, Oregon. Towns Aquadea & Granite are fictional, but Valsetz & Bayocean are real former communities of the State of Oregon.
